What are AI credits?

AI credits are used to power the AI assistant. Each interaction with the AI uses credits based on complexity. Credits are pooled at the organization level.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can top up credits anytime from the AI Credits page. AI credits are non-refundable and remain available until the end of your contract, when any unused credits expire.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle based on your plan and number of licenses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, SEPA direct debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, and other European payment methods through Stripe.
